Deregisters a WhatsApp Business phone number from Meta and disconnects it in Chakra.

Meta prerequisites

Phone number must be linked in the Facebook Hosted System

Phone number must be registered on the WhatsApp Business Platform

Cannot deregister phone numbers associated with CoExistence Accounts
